10-Year Structural Integrity
We stand behind the craftsmanship of every garden room and log cabin we create. For the next 10 years, we guarantee that the structural integrity of your building is covered. This includes potential issues with the foundations, framework, or roof structure. Should any architectural or structural defects appear within this period, we will address them at no additional cost to you.
3-Year Windows and Doors Guarantee
We want your windows and doors to function flawlessly. If any issues arise within three years, such as misting in double-glazed windows, faulty locks, or issues with hinges, we’ll make the necessary repairs or replacements at no extra cost. This guarantee also includes your external decking, so any problems within the 3 years will be resolved.
1-Year Guarantee on Internal Finishes
Your garden room or log cabin has high-quality internal finishes, and we want you to enjoy them for years to come. This one-year guarantee covers any concerns related to roof fascias, interior finishes, floor coverings, and all electrical components, including any appliances included in the initial installation. If any issues arise within this time frame, we’ll resolve them promptly.
Maintenance and Care
To keep your garden room or log cabin in top condition and ensure the longevity of your guarantee, there are a few essential maintenance tips to follow:
- Proper Ventilation: Ensure adequate airflow to prevent moisture buildup, which can damage the structure and materials.
- Avoid Overloading Floors: Excess weight on floors or improper use can affect the stability of your building and potentially void your guarantee.
- Regular Servicing: Maintain installed systems like air conditioning or electrical components to ensure they function optimally.
Exclusions to the Guarantee
While we offer extensive coverage, there are some exclusions that you should be aware of:
- Normal Wear and Tear: All materials will experience natural wear over time. This includes colour changes due to exposure to weather or UV rays. For timber, small cracks or changes in texture are part of the material’s natural characteristics and are not covered.
- Glass & Glazing: We adhere to the Glass and Glazing Federation guidelines, which means that once the inspection is approved, we cannot cover any scratches or imperfections that occur after the building has been delivered and accepted.
- Timber Movement: Timber is a natural material, and small cracks or shifts in the grain due to changes in moisture or temperature are expected. The guarantee will not cover these.
- Severe Weather and Flooding: While our garden rooms and log cabins are built to withstand various weather conditions, damage caused by extreme weather or flooding is not included in the guarantee.
Living Quarters Disclaimer
Our garden rooms and log cabins are designed as studios, home offices, and leisure spaces, not permanent living quarters. The guarantee will be void if the building is used for full-time living.
DIY and Alterations
We understand that personalising your space is important to you. However, any DIY projects, changes, or additions made to the structure without our prior approval will fall outside the scope of our guarantee. Installing your fixtures and fittings or making structural alterations may also impact your coverage.

Our liability is capped at the total amount paid for the product and installation. To ensure the validity of your guarantee, it’s essential that the building is installed correctly and maintained according to our guidelines.
